SCHOOL HOURS / CLOSING AND DELAYED OPENING

Woodstock Elementary School includes grades Kindergarten through 6. During the school year the doors are open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Supervision is provided at 7:30 a.m. Grades 1 through 6 attend school from 8:00 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. Kindergarten hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

SCHOOL CLOSING/DELAYED OPENING

In the event that school is closed or there is a delayed opening (due to inclement weather or any emergency), announcements will be made over the following radio stations:

STUDENT ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL

Arrival:

• Students come into the building at 8:00 a.m. each morning.
• Students may come in prior to 8:00 a.m. with the permission of a playground supervisor or to participate in early morning programs.
• Students arriving on early buses should wait in the school lobby. At 7:30 a.m. the playground supervisor goes onto the playground.

Dismissal:

• At 2:50 p.m. teachers will walk their students outside. Bus students will get into the bus lines, walkers will proceed home, and students being picked up will wait with their teacher until a parent/guardian has arrived. At 3:00 p.m. remaining students will come into the school office.
