WES WINTER ENRICHMENT WORKSHOPS SIGN UP
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Dear WES Families:
Your child will be participating in a Friday winter workshop from January 8th-March 5th, 2010. Please decide with your child what he/she will be participating in and get THIS form back to the main office by December 14th. RETURNING THIS FORM TO WES DOES NOT MEAN YOUR CHILD IS SIGNED UP FOR THE LEARN TO SKI PROGRAMS or the SKATING PROGRAM! There are additional forms that need to be filled out with these programs.
The Alpine, Snowboard and Nordic Learn to Ski programs have different paperwork, which includes how to payment information, a bus form and rental information located in this packet. The skating program also has different paperwork, which includes a waiver, registration and rental payment information. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR SKATING THIS YEAR! If your child is in a Ski Runners Race program and attending practice on this day, we need to know this as well. If they will be riding the bus to Suicide Six for any program, bus forms and payment will also need to be filled out and returned to the Ski Runners office. If you have any questions please call Gretchen Czaja-WES Enrichment Coordinator 457-2522 or email at gczaja@wcsu.net
